Blower Door and Duct Blaster Testing


EPB makes it easier for builders to satisfy mandatory building code requirements by offering Blower Door & Duct Blaster testing at a cost of $250 per home.*

Electrical Inspections


Local governments many times require electrical service inspections before EPB can provide power. Common instances include new service, reconnections after one year, new meter centers, new wiring, etc. If you are unsure whether you need an inspection, contact your local government to confirm.
