Detect air leaks with Blower Door & Duct Blaster Tests

Help ensure better energy efficiency while meeting mandatory building codes by enlisting EPB Energy Pros℠ to perform valuable tests designed to assess air leakage.

These diagnostic services add significant value, since repairing air leaks can decrease residential heating and cooling costs by over 30 percent.

This testing is included at no charge as part of the EPB Smart Build ℠ program. And, we offer Blower Door & Duct Blaster Testing for $250 for any home.

Not sure if you need an inspection? We can help.

If you’re powering a new home, reconnecting after a year without power, or installing new meter centers/wiring, local law will likely require you to pass electrical service inspection before we can switch on the power for you.

Call the appropriate number below to schedule an inspection, if needed. Once approved, let us know and we’ll continue the process of delivering service. See below to determine who you should call, depending on your location.
