Plus, internet-connected devices like security cameras, gaming consoles, smart locks, baby monitors, smart thermostats, smart appliances and more – running all at the same time – can create additional drag on Wi-Fi networks. So at just $9.99 per month (plus tax), EPB Smart Network is a wise addition to your home's internet service.
In order to add a DVR, you must have the Advanced Features Package (record 4 shows at once for $6.99 per month) or the Ultimate Features Package (record 6 shows at once for $9.99 per month). However, the EPB Fi TV app features an optional Unlimited DVR which lets you record as many shows as you want at once and keep recordings for up to nine months for just $5 per month.
If you are an EPB TV customer who currently leases two or more set top boxes you could save money.

However, our EPB Fi TV app is delivered over our internet on streaming devices you may already own so you could save money each month and get even more features.
Timeshift (with the Ultimate Features package) allows you to rewind live programming or restart a program up to 24 hours later. This feature is available on up to 25 popular channels, depending on the channel package you subscribe to. However, our EPB Fi TV app lets you restart live programs over from the beginning and replay programs for up to 3 days after they air on most channels.
The 25 Timeshift channels are determined by national network rankings combined with the channels our customers watch the most. However, most channels on the EPB Fi TV app lets you restart live programs over from the beginning and replay programs for up to 3 days after they air.
Unfortunately no. In order to deliver that strong of a video signal, your set top box must be wired directly to a 4K Ultra HD television.
Unfortunately no. Set top boxes with a DVR must be wired directly to your television.
Unfortunately no. Exisiting DVR recordings do not transfer over. The settings for future recordings will transfer over, but you will loose previously recorded content. However, with our EPB Fi TV app (available to residential customers), DVR recordings are cloud based and accessible by any compatible streaming device at any time.
Yes. You can add any of our Premium Channel or Additional Channel packages at any time.
Yes, for an additional monthly fee per set top box. Keep in mind that the EPB Fi TV app works on smart TVs and most streaming and mobile devices without the need to rent set top boxes at all.

Try pressing the STB button located in the upper left of your remote to sync it with your tv’s set top box. Then your remote will begin controlling Fi TV instead of another component. If you're still having trouble, give us a call anytime at 423-648-1372.
