Your new EPB Payment Portal simplifies your experience with EPB through:

To ensure the security of our customers' information during our transition to a new payment processing provider, EPB requires all existing AutoPay customers using a credit card to re-enter their payment details.

EPB does not charge any fees to pay via bank draft, debit card, credit card or digital wallet options.

Pay by text allows you to opt-in to receive text messages containing your current balance, due date and reminder that your bill is ready. It’s safe, quick and easy to instantly respond and pay your bill using the saved form of payment associated with your account. Once complete, you’ll receive a text confirmation that we’ve received your payment.

Yes. Just visit the “Payment History” tab and choose the account scheduled for a future-dated payment. The EPB Payment Portal allows you to easily modify or cancel the payment.

Yes. You may link multiple accounts you manage to your payment portal and will need to set up AutoPay for each account separately. The wallet feature makes it easy to save payment information so you don’t need to reenter it each time. This is a convenient way to manage other family members’ accounts and/or property managers responsible for multiple accounts.

There is no minimum payment amount that the new portal will accept. The maximum transaction per credit card is $1,000.
