If you intend to replace Kaspersky with McAfee® LiveSafe™, the McAfee® installer prompt you to uninstall Kaspersky. Follow the video at https://epb.com/my-epb/anti-virus to install McAfee® and uninstall Kaspersky.
If you just want to uninstall Kaspersky without installing McAfee® LiveSafe™, completely close out of your Kaspersky software by right-clicking the icon and selecting “Exit.”
You can follow these step-by-step instructions from Kaspersky, or do the following.
Option 1: Click Start > All Programs > Kaspersky Internet Security > Modify, repair, or remove. Follow the removal instructions in the Setup Wizard.
Option 2: Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and features > select Kaspersky Internet Security from the list > click uninstall. Follow the removal instructions in the Setup Wizard.
For Mobile Devices: Tap, hold, and drag the Kaspersky icon to where it says “Uninstall”

Yes, your complementary McAfee® license can be used for all your devices.
Visit www.McAfee®.com and in the upper-right corner, select My Account > Sign In. Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link below the “Log In” button. You will be asked to type in the email address associated with your McAfee® account. Click “Send Email.” You will receive an email from McAfee®. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your McAfee® account password.
To continue using McAfee® LiveSafe™ on your devices after cancelation of Fi-Speed Internet service, you will need to purchase a license from McAfee® on your own, as your EPB-obtained license will no longer auto-renew.
