However, it’s very important for you to recognize an authorized EPB employee or contractor in order to ensure your safety – and receive the best possible service.
Here are some things to look for:
Check out the uniform - Our employees and authorized contractors ALWAYS wear EPB branded shirts, jackets and caps.
Look at the vehicle – official trucks, vans and other transportation will have EPB branded graphics and/or an “EPB Contractor” magnet.
We will knock on your door – and introduce ourselves, inform you of what we are doing and provide updates throughout the process.
We will always clean up after ourselves – whether inside your home or on your property.
Our installers and field technicians will never ask for payment – Installations and common maintenance are free of charge and anything that requires an additional charge will appear on your monthly bill. DO NOT ever give an EPB employee or contractor payment at your home or business.
We will always provide superior service – and be professional, courteous, respectful and helpful.
