If you watch using the EPB Fi TV app, we completed a critical platform update earlier today.
DVR and other features should return to normal automatically. However, it will take a day or so for the On Demand library and the Guide to fully re-populate with all the programming and information available to you.
Although the Guide and On Demand library will take a day or so to re-populate, all your other TV features (DVR, Replay, Restart) should return to normal. If you’re having problems with these, please power cycle your streaming device.
