No, the MyEPB app is free and can be found inside your mobile device’s app store. Your payments and service requests don’t involve any extra fees or charges when made through the app.

From your mobile device, find your app store. On Apple devices, look for “App Store”. On Android devices, look for “Google Play”. Once you have clicked into your device’s app store, search for “MyEPB”.

Please make sure that you are entering the same username and password that you use to manage your online account at epb.com. If you’ve forgotten either your username or password, please click “Need help logging in?” from the home screen. You will be given the opportunity to retrieve your username and/or reset your password.

Once logged in, visit “More” from the footer menu and toggle the slider next to “Biometric Sign In”.

Once logged into your account, from the home app screen you will click on the “Pay Now” icon under the account you would like to pay. This will display the “Pay My Bill” section, there you will be able to select the payment method you would like to use to pay your bill.

The MyEPB app allows you to be notified when your monthly bill goes over a dollar amount that you set.

If you aren’t receiving notifications, you will need to enable them on your mobile device.

How to enable notifications on iPhone:

  • Find your Settings option
  • Select ‘Notifications’
  • Locate MyEPB app in your list of apps
  • Make sure the option ‘Allow Notifications’ is turned on

How to enable notifications on Android:

  • Find your Settings option
  • Select Applications & Notifications
  • Locate MyEPB app in your list of apps
  • Tap ‘notifications’ or ‘app notifications’
  • Tap ‘allow notifications’ to turn on.

The MyEPB app detects fiber connectivity issues between EPB facilities and the fiber terminal outside of your home. If the app isn’t detecting a problem, the issue may be with your router. Try unplugging it, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging it back in. If the issue persists, report it though the app and one of our EPB Tech ProsSM will call you to assist with troubleshooting.
