We just need a valid email address in order to set up your network and communicate with you about your network in the future. If you’d rather not use an existing email address, you can simply set up a Gmail email account for this purpose. Talk to your EPB Tech Pro for more info.

We will only set up WiFi networks associated with the Hosted WiFi or Smart Net Plus for Business services. Otherwise customers are responsible for setting up their own networks.

Yes, you will be billed for the router and any extenders.
