EPB Smart Net Plus for Business routers support all of our Fi-Speed Internet for Business Speeds.

EPB will replace any non-working cameras, but theft or vandalization of EPB equipment would be the sole responsibility of the customer. However, if a camera is vandalized or stolen, since the camera is always recording, you should be able to get a video of the event up to when the camera goes offline. EPB will bill the customer for the unreturned rate of the cameras, and then we can re-install new ones, if you like. Most businesses carry insurance, and these types of instances are most often covered. However, talk with your insurance company to get specifics on what is covered under your policy.

EPB has several tools to secure your WiFi network. We let you decide the naming conventions of your SSIDs, as we do not use factory settings. Most people think of saving recordings because of an incidence involving theft or destruction of property. However, recordings can be used for training opportunities, to document employee/customer interactions, or learn customer behaviors within the place of business (foot traffic).

Log in to the MyEPB portal on EPB.com. Choose “Profile” from the menu on the left. Click “Change Password” and follow the prompts.
