I keep getting server errors from the MyEPB application.

Try the steps below to resolve your issue.

If you are on Overview screen and receive an error; click Settings; Logout; LogIn. If on touch id/fingerprint screen and receive an error; cancel TouchID; enter your Password; Login. If errors are still occurring after performing these steps, please check to make sure you have a valid internet connection on your mobile device and lastly, uninstall and reinstall the app.
