No contact, curbside payment machine on the Market Street side (across from Miller Park) available 24/7. Indoor payment machines available in lobby Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Enter through the Broad Street entrance.

  • EPB East Brainerd

The EPB East Brainerd Service Center is located at 830 Eastgate Loop. This location offers 24/7 indoor and drive-thru payment machines, equipment returns, and in-person assistance Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

  • EPB Hixson

The EPB Hixson Service Center is located at 2124 Northpoint Boulevard. This location offers 24/7 indoor and drive-thru payment machines, equipment returns, and in-person assistance Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

EPB Solar Share is a community-based solar program that offers an easy option for current participants to support renewable energy through solar power. The 4,408-panel Solar Share array is located along Holtzclaw Avenue across from Warner Park and is a partnership between EPB and TVA. Solar Share gives current participants a choice of renewable power that dramatically lowers the barriers to entry for participating in solar power generation.

No — EPB receives funding from grants and TVA to pay for the Home Uplift program, which supports our mission to help our community and environment thrive, promote equity and reduce financial barriers that prevent households from improving energy efficiency.

EPB residential customers, both homeowners and renters, can take advantage of EPB & TVA EnergyRight® Home Energy Rebates for qualifying energy efficiency improvements. If you are a renter, at some point in the process you will be asked to co-sign a Participation Agreement with the owner of your home to ensure that all measures are agreed upon by both parties, and that both contractors and EPB Energy Pros are allowed on the premise to complete work as needed. In addition, some community organizations may be eligible. ​

Nearly 45% of your annual energy use comes from heating and cooling your home. Therefore, showing the outside temperature and usage on the same chart helps you understand how the weather affects your energy bills.
