For EPB Fiber Optics installation appointments, please keep in mind:
• Someone age 18 or older will need to be home during the entire installation appointment
• Typical installations take from 2-4 hours
• We will use your existing wall jacks if possible, however there is a $50 fee for each new jack installed
• All work areas will be cleaned and returned to their original state upon completion
• Our installers will take the time transfer your email contacts if you choose
• No payment is required at the time of installation
