If you have trouble contacting your internal phone plan administrator, or need further assistance, you may call EPB at 423-648-1372 anytime day or night.

Yes. Please contact EPB at 423-648-1500 immediately if your device is stolen. We can disable the account to prevent access to your number. If your device was logged out of the account, the user must have the user name and password in order to authorize use. But our recommendation is to contact us, so we can disable the account and avoid any usage.

Press the Envelope icon on the phone and enter the PIN number you setup. If you have not setup your mailbox yet, then the default PIN number is 4729#

You can submit a request to have your personal or business number reinstated as a legitimate phone number that is not being used to make robocalls. Submit a request at https://freecallerregistry.com/fcr/ and it will automatically be forwarded to three different reporting agencies (TNS, Hiya, and First Orion) that will take care of this for you.
