EPB will install the handset of the facility’s choosing within the customer’s room. If new wiring is needed, there is a one-time wiring charge. However, many times we can use a facility’s existing wiring. We will also provide technical support for the phone, phone features, and continued support for any future questions or issues. This is all included in one monthly cost billed directly to the facility.

No. Hosted Phone for Seniors is a quantity-based offering billed directly to a facility. At this time, EPB does not offer this solution to residential customers, so we cannot bill your residents directly. You can however, build the cost of the service into your current resident charges.
