What if a Hosted Phone for Seniors handset becomes defective?

If at some point one or more Hosted Phone for Seniors handsets fail, EPB will replace them at no additional cost. You will just need to contact EPB at 423-648-1372 and we will schedule for one of our field techs install replacement phone(s).
