We need proof of the following to confirm your eligibility:

    • Your identification, such as:
      • Driver’s license or State ID
      • Birth certificate
      • Immigration documentation
    • That you own the home (or your consenting landlord owns the home), such as:
      • Deed
      • Title
      • Property tax receipt or bill
    • All sources of income for all members of your household
    • An EPB Energy bill you received within the past 12 months with your name as the account holder (or your landlord’s name)

In areas where the crews must repair equipment manually, we concentrate our initial efforts on repairs that will restore power to the greatest number of people in the shortest period of time. We also place emphasis on vital community services such as hospitals, emergency services, and public safety. Please be patient, and we will restore your service as soon as we possibly can.
