You will either have SimRing or Find Me/Follow Me depending upon your level of service. Only one of these features may be used at one time. You can manage either feature from your desk phone or online via the CommPortal.

Yes. You can forward calls remotely to any of your business numbers at any time for any reason by accessing the Commportal from any web browser (including a smartphone or mobile device). In the event of a service outage at your location, you can use the CommPortal to have calls to your business number forwarded to another number, such as a mobile phone. See the Hosted Phone Quick Start guide for instructions on forwarding calls.

SimRing (simultaneous ring) gives you the option of having a call to your phone ring multiple other phones at the same time until the call is answered or voicemail picks up.

Your designated EPB Hosted Phone administrator can add and edit short codes by logging in to the administrator CommPortal online.
