Yes, local call recording is supported on the VVX 350, VVX 450, VVX 501 and VVX 601 Business Media Phones.

Each message can be up to three minutes long.

Short codes are short numeric speed dial codes that can be set up within your business phone system so that you can quickly make interoffice calls without dialing a whole phone number or extension.
