Our trained business solutions experts can talk to you and help you determine your business needs and make suggestions that fit your specific requirements. In most cases, even if there is a need to upgrade your internet, you will save money overall.
Once you have your Fi TV for Business account established for the first time, installing other devices is a matter of signing into the device, downloading the app, and connected to your Wi-Fi network. If you subscribe to an EPB Managed Wi-Fi service, we will be happy to assist you in installing another device at no charge. Most of the time we can assist you over the phone, but if we cannot resolve or help you over the phone, we will roll a truck. A $9 installation fee applies if we must set up the device onsite and you do not subscribe to a managed Wi-Fi service. However, there is no charge if we talk over the phone.
