EPB is receiving reports that some customers are receiving scam calls demanding immediate payment to avoid disconnection. Calls may come from an (865) area code and request customers contact (888) 766-1334 or another number that doesn’t begin with area code (423).

Real EPB contacts have a (423) area code, and we do not call customers demanding immediate payment over the phone.

How does the Free Tree ReLeaf Program work?

Any EPB Energy customer can visit Reflection Riding (located at 400 Garden Road, Chattanooga, TN 37419) Tuesday thru Saturday from 9am to 3pm starting October 28th. Reflection Riding employees will verify that your property address is within the EPB service area and recommend tree varieties based on your soil type and intended planting location. You can explore the nursery and choose your tree (just like a holiday tree farm!). Reflection Riding staff will answer any questions and help complete your Free Tree ReLeaf adoption!
