Real EPB contacts have a (423) area code, and we do not call customers demanding immediate payment over the phone.

The Amazon Fire TV stick I'm renting from EPB doesn't work any more.

Try the steps below to resolve your issue.

If your rented Amazon Fire TV Stick is inoperable or experiencing issues, EPB will replace it at no cost to you. You will just need to return the original device. If you have EPB Smart Network, a technician will deliver and set up a new device for you, and return your original device at no additional charge. Call 423-648-1372 anytime day or night and an EPB representative will be happy to help. If you don't have EPB Smart Network and want to trade your Amazon Fire TV Stick in for a replacement, please visit one of our three convenient locations.
