No. You must subscribe to our internet service to take advantage of our WiFi solutions.

Yes. As long as you are logged into a device you are using a stream. To free up streams, simply log out of devices. To sign out of Fi TV on that device, click “sign out” at the bottom of your Profile screen.

Yes, there will be a charge of $100 for each router/extender you do not return.

The router we use will support 64 clients/devices, per radio (2.4Ghz and 5Ghz radios included) at any given time.

Yes, you can get an evening install, and no EPB does not charge a different rate for an after-hours appointment. We will make every effort to find a time that works for you and your business to install your WiFi solution.
