EPB has reports that customers may receive a scam call demanding immediate payment to avoid disconnection. EPB never calls customers demanding immediate payment over the phone. Calls may appear to come from 888-536-1960 or other numbers. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call us anytime at (423) 648-1372 which will connect you with a real EPB representative. I can't find my email settings.

Try the steps below to resolve your issue.

EPB email settings are: IMAP (Incoming Mail): Server: mail.epbfi.com, SSL: Yes, Port: 993. SMTP (Outgoing Mail): Server: smtp.epbfi.com, SSL: Yes, Port: 465. If have any trouble, give us a call anytime at 423-648-1372.
