EPB is receiving reports that some customers are receiving scam calls demanding immediate payment to avoid disconnection. Calls may come from an (865) area code and request customers contact (888) 766-1334 or another number that doesn’t begin with area code (423).

Real EPB contacts have a (423) area code, and we do not call customers demanding immediate payment over the phone.

Why won’t Fi TV respond to any commands from my streaming device remote?

Try the steps below to resolve your issue.

Try quitting the Fi TV app by pressing the “Home” button on your device remote to get back to the streaming device’s home screen. Then reopen the Fi TV app. If you’re still having problems, try contacting us anytime day or night by online chat, email or phone.
