Will EPB help set up WiFi on my devices, point of sale system, printers, and fax with Smart Net Plus for Business?

Yes. Your installer will be happy to assist in migrating your devices to the new WiFi network. And, if you prefer to have your equipment hardwired, we will set this up using the 3 Gigabit LAN ports on the back of the device.

Because every business is unique, EPB technicians will walk you through every step of the way beginning with a no-obligation site survey. We will evaluate your needs and concerns and work with you to design a camera solution with up to 12 cameras. Our highly knowledgeable technicians will also discuss cameras available and recommended placement so that you’ll have optimal performance and visibility at your location.

Standard installation is $110 per indoor camera and $220 per outdoor camera. There is also a $9 activation charge per camera installed.

No. The monthly recurring cost covers the equipment lease and all costs associated with maintenance, access to the software, firmware/software updates, support (on phone or at your business), trouble issues, and equipment upgrades.

When your business signs a product contract with EPB Fiber Optics, you are essentially locking in your rate (with the exception of Fi TV). Your rate will stay the same through the end of your contract for EPB Hosted Camera. However, if we do have to take a rate increase (due to rising costs) we always provide ample notice to our customers before making any changes and the price will only go into effect once your contract expires.
