EPB has two levels of service. Our standard feature cameras are priced at $30/month per camera or advanced feature cameras are $47/month per camera.

When your business signs a product contract with EPB Fiber Optics, you are essentially locking in your rate (with the exception of Fi TV). Your rate will stay the same through the end of your contract for EPB Hosted Camera. However, if we do have to take a rate increase (due to rising costs) we always provide ample notice to our customers before making any changes and the price will only go into effect once your contract expires.

Yes. EPB will included a standard install charge of $110 on your next bill. However, unlimited technical support and service calls are included at no additional charge.
