As part of EPB's Automated Grid, electric meters have the ability to communicate with the power system and measure your electric consumption every 15 minutes. If there is a power outage or unusual consumption at your home or business we can respond immediately and fix the problem. You can view your own consumption, report outages and more on the MyEPB app.

Yes. There’s no limit on how many homes one homeowner can include in the program. However, at some point in the process you will be asked to co-sign a Participation Agreement with each home’s renter to ensure that both contractors and EPB Energy Pros℠ are allowed on the premise to complete work as needed.

A notification you receive via the myEPB app when the total charges for your current bill have exceeded a dollar amount that you specify within your app settings.

Every multi-year license includes a buyback option if the customer requests it anytime during the 20-year expected life. A schedule of the buyback values will be established and published at the time of purchase.

Consolidated incentives and other program changes will be available no later than October 31, 2025.
