Will you ever raise my EPB Hosted Camera subscription fee?

When your business signs a product contract with EPB Fiber Optics, you are essentially locking in your rate (with the exception of Fi TV). Your rate will stay the same through the end of your contract for EPB Hosted Camera. However, if we do have to take a rate increase (due to rising costs) we always provide ample notice to our customers before making any changes and the price will only go into effect once your contract expires.

No. EPB respects your privacy and will not access your video feed without your permission.

Standard installation is $110 per indoor camera and $220 per outdoor camera. There is also a $9 activation charge per camera installed.

There are benefits to signing a contract, but we do offer solutions without a contract.
