Yes. EPB Tech Pros will install Smart Net Plus for Business equipment at your business, connect your critical business devices (like computers, point-of-sale systems, and printers), set up a basic guest network, and provide 24/7/365 expert local technical support – all at no additional charge.

The free WorkPass app included with Smart Net Plus for Business helps you gain insight into how customers interact with your business to help you enhance the customer experience, improve targeted advertising, and explore new revenue streams. You can also track peak employee Wi-Fi usage times to help keep track of individual productivity, manage connected devices, block access to inappropriate content, and more. Plus, you can see connected-device movement to help monitor on-site activity – such as customer interactions, business demand, and traffic flow patterns – to help better schedule staffing, plan promotions, modify floorplans, and more.

Yes, EPB technicians will provide full product training at no additional cost along with ongoing support. If at any time you any questions or issues, EPB customer support technicians are happy to assist you 24/7/365.

Your vault includes unlimited storage. Clips can be saved in 1-hour increments and kept for as long as you like.

Standard installation is $110 per indoor camera and $220 per outdoor camera. There is also a $9 activation charge per camera installed.

When your business signs a product contract with EPB Fiber Optics, you are essentially locking in your rate (with the exception of Fi TV). Your rate will stay the same through the end of your contract for EPB Hosted Camera. However, if we do have to take a rate increase (due to rising costs) we always provide ample notice to our customers before making any changes and the price will only go into effect once your contract expires.
