Yes. Just download the FREE MyEPB app from the app store to any mobile device. The app lets you see your current usage and usage history so you can better anticipate energy costs. You can even pay your Energy and Fiber Optics bills conveniently and securely through the app. Plus, you can see outages in your area and report an outage at your address. Then you can enable the MyEPB app to send you notifications of outage restoration updates and alerts when your restoration is complete.

An EPB Energy Pro will inspect your home and work with you to identify the improvements that will benefit you most. If you qualify, you can receive up to $10,000 in FREE energy upgrades, including:

Air Source Heat Pumps, including Split Systems, Ductless Mini-Split Systems, and Packaged Air Systems; Central Air Conditioners; Dual Fuel Heat Pumps; and Geothermal Heat Pumps – all with SEER2 Ratings of at least 15 – may qualify for EPB and TVA EnergyRight® Home Energy Rebates. There are three criteria for program eligibility:

  1. You project must fit into one of the rebate categories.
  2. Your project installation/upgrade must have been completed by a member of the QCN.
  3. Starting October 1, your QCN may submit rebate claims within 30 days from the completion of your Installation(s) and/or upgrade(s). Installations completed in September will be honored if they are claimed within the 30-day window (for example, projects completed on September 15 must be claimed by October 15).
