How can we help you today?

Why should I switch to the Fi TV Entertainment Box?

Traditional set top boxes that deliver TV via a digital signal will soon be obsolete and no longer supported by EPB. Switching to the Fi TV Entertainment Box delivers a much richer TV experience over the internet. It has all the features you love about your traditional TV service with even more convenience and features, like Restart and Replay, the ability to watch on most streaming and mobile devices, an available unlimited DVR, and more.

ESPN Unlimited is a premium streaming package that combines live streaming of all ESPN TV channels with ESPN Select content. It normally costs $29.99/month when purchased directly from ESPN, but it's included free for EPB Fi TV customers who have our Silver, Gold or Bronze Plus Sports & News package.

If you have issues authenticating or accessing ESPN Unlimited, our EPB Tech Pros are here to help walk you through the steps. Call us anytime—day or night—at 423-648-1372 or chat with us at epb.com.

Follow the steps below or watch video instructions here.

  1. Log in to MyEPB: Click here and log in using your EPB Fiber Optics MyEPB credentials.
  2. Agree & Activate: Next, you’ll see an ESPN page. Hit the blue “ACTIVATE ESPN” button.
  3. Complete ESPN/MyDisney Setup: Enter the email associated with your Disney+, Disney Parks or Hulu account. To access your complete Fi TV channel list and to watch live TV, you must be connected to your home’s WiFi network. However, you can watch on demand content and DVR recordings away from your home’s WiFi network.

If there is an upcoming program you want to make sure you can watch on the go, we suggest you set it up to record on your DVR, and then you can watch it virtually “live” as it’s being “recorded.” Watch this helpful video for more information.
