Do I have to use the WorkPass app that’s included with Smart Net Plus for Business?

No. Although there are a lot of great network management features and data analytics gathering included with the WorkPass app, it’s not required for using Smart Net Plus for Business. We just need a valid email address in order to set up your network and communicate with you about your network in the future. If you’d rather not use an existing email address, you can simply set up a Gmail email account for this purpose. Talk to your EPB Tech Pro for more info.
