My DVR recordings don't show up on my new DVR set top box.

Try the steps below to resolve your issue.

Unfortunately, existing DVR recordings do not transfer over to your new set top box. The settings for future recordings will transfer over, but you will loose previously recorded content. However, with EPB Fi TV, DVR recordings are cloud based and accessible by any compatible streaming device at any time.
