CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (Sept. 10, 2024)—EPB has launched a new online payment portal as part of its continuing effort to deliver greater flexibility and convenience. Customers can now take advantage of expanded payment options, sign up for Pay-by-Text and enroll in AutoPay by logging into EPB.com or the MyEPB app. Customers who are already enrolled in AutoPay will still be able to use this convenient option, but they will need to re-enroll to continue enjoying the service.
“We gathered feedback from customers about how their payment preferences are shifting and integrated all of the most popular options into our new process,” said Karen Thomas, vice president for Customer Relations, EPB.
Expanded Payment Options
Now customers can pay with American Express along with new digital wallet methods including PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Visa, Master Card, and Discover continue to be accepted.

Enroll (or re-enroll) in AutoPay
Customer billing and contact information will remain the same in the new format. Many customers enjoy AutoPay and can continue to do so, but they must re-enroll by logging into their accounts and updating payment information at EPB.com or the MyEPB app.
“Using the new MyEPB portal is very intuitive, and we’re communicating with customers to make this transition as easy as possible,” Thomas said. “We are reaching out directly to customers who use AutoPay to alert them of the need to re-enroll so they can enjoy the convenience of this option without interruption.”
Customers can find out more about the new MyEPB portal by clicking here, or simply try it for themselves by logging into MyEPB at EPB.com or through the free MyEPB app.
