How can I access the FCC broadband labels from EPB?

EPB Broadband Labels are visible on epb.com where internet speeds and prices are found. Customers may also call to request them directly from EPB customer service representatives.

If you submit an application to the Affordable Connectivity Program Support Center by mail, you will receive updates by mail regarding your application status (or by email if you provided an email address on your application). If your router was provided by EPB Fiber Optics through Smart Network, it should perform well at these speeds. If for any reason it does not, please let us know. If you purchased a wireless router on your own, a quick Google search of the make and model number (indicated on your router) will determine if its frequency matches “802.11n” or “802.11ac”.
