EPB doesn’t determine eligibility for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Therefore, we won’t know why your application might’ve been denied. One possibility is that the ACP stopped accepting new enrollments as of February 7, 2024. For more information about your application, please visit affordableconnectivity.gov or call 877-384-2575.
