Are weekend installation appointments available for EPB Hosted Camera?

EPB’s normal business hours are 8-5/M-F, but we will certainly work with you and your business to find the best time to install your EPB Hosted Camera solution — including nights and weekends. Additionally, customer support is always available 24/7/365.

Please call EPB at 423-648-1500 if your camera needs repositioning. We may be able to assist you remotely if it is an optical zoom request. An installation charge may be assessed if your request includes physically moving an installed camera to another location.

No. EPB respects your privacy and will not access your video feed without your permission.
