How can we help you today?

Will Smart Net Plus for Business WiFi work with my existing router?

No. Smart Net Plus for Business requires a WiFi 6e router provided by EPB. It offers 2.4Ghz band, 5Ghz band, and 6Ghz band frequency options to help eliminate connectivity issues caused by network congestion. The router also includes 3 ethernet LAN ports for connecting your most important hard-wired systems such as point-of- sale hardware, printers, computers, and more.

Because every business is unique, EPB technicians will walk you through every step of the way beginning with a no-obligation site survey. Our highly knowledgeable technicians will also discuss cameras available and recommended placement so that you’ll have optimal performance and visibility at your location.

If you voluntarily discontinue your EPB Hosted Camera account, your recordings are deleted from the cloud-based vault. However, if you are disconnected due to a non-payment on your account, recordings will be retained, and your account restricted until payment is made.

Your vault includes unlimited storage. Clips can be saved in 1-hour increments and kept for as long as you like.

EPB will replace any non-working cameras, but theft or vandalization of EPB equipment would be the sole responsibility of the customer. However, if a camera is vandalized or stolen, since the camera is always recording, you should be able to get a video of the event up to when the camera goes offline. EPB will bill the customer for the unreturned rate of the cameras, and then we can re-install new ones, if you like. Most businesses carry insurance, and these types of instances are most often covered. However, talk with your insurance company to get specifics on what is covered under your policy.
