How can we help you today?

Will websites I’ve blocked on my EPB Smart Net Plus HomePass app still work if a user is surfing in “incognito” mode?

Since the parental controls are specific to individual devices, the limitations will work no matter what browser or application is on the device. In short, parental controls will still work when the device is in incognito mode.
