How can we help you today?

If EPB Energy Pros℠ find something is wrong during a Quality Assurance Checkup, will it affect my EPB & TVA EnergyRight® Home Energy Rebate?

Your rebate will not be affected by the outcome of a Quality Assurance Checkup and you will receive your rebate after submitting your information through the link provided in the MyTVA email. Your EPB Energy Pros℠ will work directly with your contractor on the next steps to fix any issues. And after any issues have been addressed and rectified, the EPB Energy Pro℠ will come out to your home for a second time to recheck the work.
