Yes! Just tap the "My Bill" link on the home screen of the MyEPB app to see and pay your Energy and Fiber Optics bills online. You can also pay your bills online through the MyEPB portal on EPB.com. Just log in to see and pay both your Energy and Fiber Optics bills.

An EPB Energy Pro will inspect your home and work with you to identify the improvements that will benefit you most. If you qualify, you can receive up to $10,000 in FREE energy upgrades, including:

      • Modern, energy-efficient appliances
      • New heating and cooling system or repairs
      • Tankless or energy-efficient water heater
      • New doors or windows
      • Fresh insulation for floors, ceiling or walls
      • Sealed air leaks

We review contractors who provide top-quality services and have the required certifications and licenses. We also hire a third-party inspection service to assess the renovations after they are complete. Another factor we take into consideration when selecting services is how their availability fits in with your timeline and the outlined schedule.

The following structures are not eligible:

    • Apartment
    • Condo, townhome or multi-family dwelling of three or more units
    • Unoccupied buildings
    • Manufactured home built prior to 1976
    • Manufactured home not on a permanent foundation
    • New home with less than one year of service with EPB
    • Business or commercial property
