We partner with retailers like Walgreens, CVS and Dollar General so you can conveniently handle your payment right at the checkout counter. It’s the perfect way to fit your bill payment into your day without having to make a special trip to an EPB branch. Restoring your power is our number one priority. We ask that you please be patient. We’re working hard to restore everyone's power as soon as possible. You can keep track of outage restorations, report an outage, and more on the free MyEPB app.

It depends on what caused the outage and how many areas were affected. Thanks to our Smart Grid, many outages can be restored in near real time, with no human intervention. However, sometimes there is so much damage to power lines and equipment that we will need to assess it on site and call in the appropriate lineman crews to fix it manually. In these instances, we will work hard to restore your power as soon as possible. You can report an outage, keep track of outage restorations, and more on the free MyEPB app.

An EPB Energy Pro will inspect your home and work with you to identify the improvements that will benefit you most. If you qualify, you can receive up to $10,000 in FREE energy upgrades, including:

      • Tankless or energy-efficient water heater
      • New doors or windows
      • Fresh insulation for floors, ceiling or walls
      • Sealed air leaks

  1. You must live in a home serviced by EPB
  2. Your EPB account must be in your name (or your landlord’s name, with consent)
